Refund & Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable but 100% transferable to any other scheduled course within one calendar year. Please notify us at least 30 days prior.

For residential courses, we recommend paying only the verification deposit online and bringing the remaining balance in cash upon arrival to save on processing fees.

Is the booking deposit refundable?
Deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, they are 100% transferable to any other course dates within one year. Please provide at least 30 days notice to transfer your dates.
Can I pay my remaining balance in cash?
Yes! For residential courses we highly recommend paying only your deposit online and bringing the remaining balance in cash (USD, EUR, or INR) upon arrival. This saves additional online processing processing fee.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD via PayPal or Stripe internationally. Indian students can pay in INR via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer. Cash payments on arrival are accepted in USD, EUR, and INR.
